Maasha.
In 2017, I founded the Right Distraction to create environments that elevate how people connect, perform, and grow. My work moves across leadership workshops, speaking, and strategic consulting, as well as curated experiences through Spotlight & Scene and community through Unsealed Spaces—each designed to feel as impactful as they are intentional. I’m also building what’s next through PlayPremier.
